YourTeams EOR Pricing Model
For each team member working for your company, you pay two discrete fees per month.
Employee Compensation
Per Month
This component is the employee's full compensation rate negotiated
between you and your team member, including fixed cash salary and all statutory benefits as per local regulations.Your team member keeps 100% of the salary and benefits, YourTeams takes no cut or commission from this component from either side.

Management Fee
Per Employee Per Month
This flat and transparent fee is the only fee charged by YourTeams to manage your team, charged monthly.Includes HR ops (payroll management, leave management, employee onboarding/offboarding, employee reimbursements processing, etc.), statutory compliances and benefits administration, dedicated support, and more.
Refundable Security Deposits
YourTeams collects and holds fully-refundable deposits from you (company). This is done for multiple purposes: to safeguard the employees' rights as per local labor laws; to minimize sudden, unexpected, future outflows for you in case of complex termination laws and contingent liabilities, and to allow YourTeams to cover its liabilities as the employer-of-record for your team members.These are not expenses, but merely deposits on your balance sheet. The exact termination costs are only billed to you at the time of termination (YourTeams does not levy any employee termination fees, these costs are as defined by local labor laws). At that time, the deposits are adjusted against these costs, and any balance is refunded back to you (company).

Some jurisdictions may have complex termination procedures and associated costs. YourTeams manages this for you and computes future liabilities (if applicable for the employee location) and collects a simple, small monthly accrual towards these contingent future liabilities.
Other Ad-hoc Costs (Optional)
Any other ad-hoc costs throughout your engagement with YourTeams will be charged to you. These are only incurred upon your or your team's request (no hidden costs).Some examples of such costs may include:
* Employee reimbursement claims, if any, as per your policies (travel, office supplies, etc.)
* Purchase of equipment for your team
* Any liabilities or damages incurred by you or your team (late fees, broken equipment, etc.)
* Any costs payable to third-party vendors at your request (office rent, sourcing agencies, etc.)

* Any additional YourTeams services you may choose to opt forSpecific exclusions: Any charges incurred to process standard payroll and compliances are not billed to you separately (they are already covered in the management fee).YourTeams does not charge you any onboarding/offboarding fees for long-term engagements.
